Some Engineering Aspects of the Nicholson-koch Mobile Chipper

A prototype mobile chip harvester has been designed to harvest forest biomass in the form of 1 ogging residuals for use as energy wood. The prototype is presently undergoing developmental tests. Results are encou raging, indicating mechanical feasibility with prospects of working systems within the next several years.
